Questions we hear
before ground breaks

Every custom home starts with the same handful of questions. Here's how we answer them, honestly and in full. No darts thrown at the wall.

We'd rather give you a real number than a rough one. A dollar per square foot figure can't account for your lot, structural conditions, or the materials, appliances, and fixtures you choose, and those decisions move the number more than anything else.

Once your plans are far enough along, we price the project properly: pulling data from recent builds and sending your actual drawings out to our trade partners for accurate bids. That's what turns an estimate into a number you can build on.

Every project clears its own set of obstacles before it can break ground: finalized plans, survey, permitting, material and window selections, and their lead times. That runway is exactly what gives us room to plan you in.

We build your start date around when the obstacles are cleared, not the other way around. The earlier we're involved, the more precisely we can map it out.

No. We build with a set list of trade partners we've worked alongside for years, chosen for quality, consistent pricing, and workmanship that holds up to warranty.

We stand behind our partners because we stand behind the finished home. That relationship is where the value comes from, not from swapping in the lowest bid.

A successful build starts with a team: designers and builder working together from the earliest conversations about layout, budget, and finishes, not handed off in stages.

We're builders, and we partner closely with designers and architects rather than drawing the plans ourselves. Bringing that team together early is what leads to accurate pricing and a smoother build. We're glad to connect you with partners we trust if you don't have one yet.
